Forwarding, Deferring, and Closing Calls

1. Forwarding a Call:

   • Method: PUT

   • URL: {{SystemURLTest}}/alemba.api/api/v2/call/{{CallRef}}/forward

   • Headers: Content-Type: application/json, Authorization: Bearer {{Login_Token}}

   • Body: JSON data with fields such as ReceivingGroup or ReceivingAnalyst.

2. Deferring a Call:

   • Method: PUT

   • URL: {{SystemURLTest}}/alemba.api/api/v2/call/{{CallRef}}/defer

   • Headers: Content-Type: application/json, Authorization: Bearer {{Login_Token}}

   • Body: JSON data with fields such as HasReminder, ReminderDate, IsSuspended, and SuspendedUntilDate.
