1. **Forwarding a Call**:

   * **Headers**: `Content-Type: application/json`, `Authorization: Bearer {{Login_Token}}`
   * **Body**: JSON data with fields such as `ReceivingGroup` or `ReceivingAnalyst`.
2. **Deferring a Call**:
   * **Method**: PUT
   * **URL**: `{{SystemURLTest}}/alemba.api/api/v2/call/{{CallRef}}/defer`
   * **Headers**: `Content-Type: application/json`, `Authorization: Bearer {{Login_Token}}`
   * **Body**: JSON data with fields such as `HasReminder`, `ReminderDate`, `IsSuspended`, and `SuspendedUntilDate`.
3. **Closing a Call**:
