You can setup the integration to the dashboard platform

SyncFusion

Beginning with ASM Version 10, embedded Dashboarding and Reporting functionality was provided through the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform. Alemba used the latest version of the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform v4.1.0.84 under a Global Embedded License with Syncfusion. Support for this platform ended December 2024.

From September 2022, the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform entered the Extended Support phase of its product lifecycle until the end of September 2024. As Alemba is a Premium Support partner with Syncfusion, this was extended until the end of December 2024.

As of December 2024 (10.6.8.15038), ASM Supports connections to Bold BI natively for Analytics.

Accessing ASM Data from other Dashboard and Reporting Tools

Many customers also connect to their own corporate BI or Reporting Tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Business Objects and others by connecting these tools directly to their ASM Data.

• From Alemba Service Manager EOS (10.5.x) Release, we have included enhanced functionality to the Alemba API to allow the ability to install SQL Views that can be accessed via the Alemba API.

• We are also able to allow IP restricted SQL Read Only Access to the underlying ASM Database, if required.

• For larger customers, we recommend implementing Data Replication if there is a large data set and or a requirement for real-time or close to real-time dashboarding.

• There is an associated cost for Alemba Cloud Customers for this service and customers should contact their Technical Account Managers to discuss requirements.
