# Classic Syncfusion Dashboard Server Configuration

As of HERMES December 2024 release (10.6.8.15038) the Dashboards menu option located in **Admin > System Administration> Dashboards** has been replaced with **Admin > System Administration> Analytics**.

Beginning with ASM Version 10, embedded Dashboarding and Reporting functionality was provided through the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform. Alemba used the latest version of the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform v4.1.0.84 under a Global Embedded License with Syncfusion. Support for this platform ended December 2024.
From September 2022, the Syncfusion Dashboard Platform entered the Extended Support phase of its product lifecycle until the end of September 2024. As Alemba is a Premium Support partner with Syncfusion, this was extended until the end of December 2024.
**As of December 2024 (10.6.8.15038), ASM Supports connections to Bold BI natively for** [**Analytics**](/asm-hermes/setup-and-configure-asm/configuring-your-system/system-administration-settings/dashboards.md)**.**

To enable Dashboards in ASM, you first need to configure the dashboard server settings:
1. Application URL - Enter the URL of the Dashboard server
2. User ID - Enter the User ID for the dashboard Server. This will likely be a system account.
3. User Password - As above, the password for the system account on the dashboard server
4. Validation Key - You will obtain the validation key from the server.
5. Decryption Key - You will obtain the decryption key from the server config file.
6. Once you have entered all the relevant data, press the Connection test icon and ensure the connection is successful.
