# Timesheets Tab

Display the General Access Security Roles details window, if it is not already on screen.

1. Select the **Timesheets** tab.
2. Complete the details:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="232"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Timesheet</td><td>Analysts with this role can <strong>create Call and Task timesheet entries</strong> for the Calls and Tasks they own. </td></tr><tr><td>View Other Analysts’ Timesheet</td><td><p>Analysts with this role can <strong>view other Analysts’ timesheets</strong>. </p><p>When you select this option the <strong>Timesheet for Group</strong> option is automatically selected and disabled. You can deselect this option and leave the <strong>Timesheet for Group</strong> option selected.</p></td></tr><tr><td>Timesheet for Group</td><td>Analysts with this role can view the timesheet entries for all Analysts in the groups to which the Analyst belongs</td></tr></tbody></table>

3\.  Select  ![](https://alemba.help/help/10.0/content/resources/images/save%20and%20close%20button.png) to save the changes and close the window. Provide the Change Reasons if prompted to do so. Alternatively, select another tab, if appropriate..
