# Workflow Management Security Role: Task Quick Launch Tab

{% hint style="info" %}

### Before you start

You must have **Security Roles setup** selected in the Admin tab of your own **General Access security role** before you can assign or remove permissions for any security roles.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Quick launch URLs for Workflow Management should have the **Active** checkbox selected for Request and Task entities via the **Quick Launch** or **Quick Launch Details** window.

All configured quick launch URLs will display in the browse table, regardless of whether they are active, or whether they have been configured for a call, request or task.
{% endhint %}

1. Display the Workflow Management Security Roles details window, if it is not already on screen.
2. Select the **Task Quick Launch** tab. (You may need to scroll across to see this.)
3. Select **Task Quick Launch Security**. This will restrict the quick launch URLs Analysts with this role can access when working with a Task.
4. Select the quick launch URL you want to make available from the **Select Task Quick Launch Applications** table and select **Add to List**.
5. To remove a group, select it in the lower table and then select **Remove**.
6. Select ![](https://alemba.help/help/10.0/content/resources/images/save%20and%20close%20button.png) to save the changes and close the window. Provide the Change Reasons if prompted to do so. Alternatively, select another tab, if appropriate.
