| Service Action is not showing up on Portal | <ul><li>You are not part of the subscriber group that has access</li><li>Your portal role does not have access to the Portal display category.</li><li>The Portfolio Status is set to a status that is not available on the catalog e.g., “Unspecified”</li></ul> |
| Workflow is not showing up                 | <ul><li>You did not click “Save” at the bottom of the Home Screen</li></ul>                                                                                                                                                                                       |
| Workflow is created but fails to “Start”   | <ul><li>Check the Preauthorized setting in System Administration and ensure requests are set to not require authorization</li><li>Check the Services are running on the server, restart them</li></ul>                                                            |
