Managing Followers

ASM allows users to follow items from the Self-Service Portal. You can also add followers and view followers in ASM Core.

Add and View Followers

The "Followers" field must be added to any screen set where "Following" is to be used".

Click on the Followers Search Field and then add desired followers to the ticket

In Core, you can view and add or remove followers, but there is no mechanism to email followers. Followers receive updates automatically.

Remove Followers

Click the 'X' next to the name of the individual you want to remove.
