# Troubleshooting Workflow and Service Action Linking
#### **TROUBLESHOOTING**
| **Problem** | **Most likely Cause** |
| ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Service Action is not showing up on Portal | - You are not part of the subscriber group that has access
- Your portal role does not have access to the Portal display category.
- The Portfolio Status is set to a status that is not available on the catalog e.g., “Unspecified”

| Workflow is not showing up | - You did not click “Save” at the bottom of the Home Screen
|
| Workflow is created but fails to “Start” | - Check the Preauthorized setting in System Administration and ensure requests are set to not require authorization
- Check the Services are running on the server, restart them
|
