### Before you start

To view the bulletin board, you must have **Read** selected in your Bulletin Board Security Role.

Bulletins can be restricted to certain groups and partitions. You will only be able to see those bulletins to which you have access.
{% endhint %}

1. Select the menu button, then select the **Bulletin Board menu group**, then select **Bulletin Board**. A list of bulletins appears in a browse table, in collapsed format. You can see the title of each bulletin, its priority and the date on which it was created. 3. From here you can select:

<table data-header-hidden><thead><tr><th width="123.5"></th><th></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/hlW9jKl7dcDggHAPhNU9/blobs/AWKC90qwz6sZA23jGXFR/Screenshot%202023-03-09%20at%208.41.58%20AM.png" alt=""></td><td><p>To view the bulletin in full.</p><p>This button appears to the right of the bar containing the bulletin title.</p></td></tr><tr><td><img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/hlW9jKl7dcDggHAPhNU9/blobs/s2c5B1V4OzGdSwe52ODs/image.png" alt=""></td><td><p>To forward the bulletin to an Analyst or User via email.</p><p>This button appears to the right of the bar containing the bulletin title.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

## Viewing Bulletins as Internal (pop-up) Messages <a href="#receivin" id="receivin"></a>

As long as ASM Core is running, any new bulletin is automatically displayed on top of any other open windows in an Internal Message window.

{% hint style="info" %}

### Before you start

To receive internal messages relating to calls via the bulletin board, you must have **Available Recipient** selected in the Options tab of your IPK Management Security Role.

To receive internal messages relating to requests and tasks via the bulletin board, you must have **Available Recipient** selected in the Shared tab of your Workflow Management Security Role.
{% endhint %}

Messages are displayed automatically in the **Internal Message window**.

1. Read the message and then select **Close** to close the window. The message is automatically deleted.
2. If there are several messages that you haven’t yet viewed, the **Next** button is enabled, which you can select to view the next unread message.

{% hint style="info" %}
To delete all the messages sent to you, including those you have not read, select **Delete**. A message appears to warn you that all your messages will be deleted. Select **Yes** to confirm. This will not affect other analysts. &#x20;

The Internal Message window will automatically reappear when you receive another message.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Analysts who are marked as “unavailable” can view bulletins. However, deleted analysts cannot.
{% endhint %}
