Problem
Most likely Cause
Service Action is not showing up on Portal
You are not part of the subscriber group that has access
Your portal role does not have access to the Portal display category.
The Portfolio Status is set to a status that is not available on the catalog e.g., “Unspecified”
Workflow is not showing up
You did not click “Save” at the bottom of the Home Screen
Workflow is created but fails to “Start”
Check the Preauthorized setting in System Administration and ensure requests are set to not require authorization
Check the Services are running on the server, restart them
