Change Windows are time periods during which changes to CMDB items linked to a request can be scheduled.
Each Change Window is part of a Change Calendar that is defined when the Change Calendar is created. The Change manager or System Administrator will create the change calendars.
To link CMDB items to a Change Window, use the Change Windows Explorer option on the Request Details window.
Click Change Windows
Click Add New, and select the change window you would like to use.
