Request Risk Assessment Matrix

The Risk Assessment Matrix uses the values in Request Risk Assessment and Request Impact, and Request Complexity to calculate the Request Risk.

To complete the Matrix

1. System Administration>Workflow Management> Request Risk Assessment Matrix

The Impact column and the Complexity row will already be completed using data from the Impact and Complexity tables.

1. Click the pencil and select the Risk assessment value from the drop down list.

2. Click the pencil again to commit the change.

3. CLick Save, to save your changes.
