Request Complexity

ASM has a native Rick Calculator. You can set the primary values to use in the Risk Assessment Matrix.

You may use any language your organization is familiar. These will be used in conjunction with Request Risk Assessment to automatically calculate request risk.

Alternately, you may configure weighted question in Screen designer to perform a question and answer-based risk assessment.

To Add a Risk Complexity Value

1. System Administration >Workflow Management>Request Risk Complexity

2. Click the New icon to insert a new row

3. Type in the value you would like.

4. Repeat for additional values

5. You may reorder the values using the sorting icons.

6. Save your changes.

To Update a Risk Complexity Value

1. System Administration >Workflow Management>Request Risk Complexity

2. Click the pencil icon next to the value you want to change

3. Type in the value you would like.

4. Click the pencil again to commit the change

5. Repeat for additional values

6. You may reorder the values using the sorting icons.

7. Save your changes.

To Delete a Risk Complexity Value

If you delete values, you will need to update the Risk Assessment Matrix.

1. System Administration >Workflow Management>Request Risk Complexity

2. Click the row you wish to delete

3. Click the delete icon

4. Repeat for additional values

5. You may reorder the values using the sorting icons.

6. Save your changes.
