The main things to consider when planning to implement KM is:

* [ ] What kinds of articles will I want?
* [ ] Will we need to import articles (contact Alemba Support)?
* [ ] How will it be maintained - what is the frequency that articles will need to be reviewed
* [ ] How will we handle notifications, Feedback and updates?
