You can attach files to almost any part of the ASM Core application - calls, CMDB records, Knowledge Bank articles, emails and so on.

Display the <Entity> Details window if it is not already on screen.
Select the edit icon if necessary to activate the toolbar buttons and explorer options.
In the Explorer pane, expand Data, then select Object, or click the paper clip in the tool bar.
If there is already an object attached to the entity, Data and Object are displayed in blue text, with a small dot beside the paperclip in the tool bar.
The Attach Object to <Entity> window appears. From here, you can click Choose Files to add files
You can perform the below additional actions by clicking on the arrow next to the file name:
Add a description
Assign a security profile. For example, if the attachment is sensitive HR data, such as a payroll form, you can assign an HR security profile to it so that only HR members can see the document.
You can assign a version number, if versioning is enabled.
You can set whether or not it should be visible on the portal. If turned off, the attachment will only be available in Nano and Core.
Click the Eclipses and select Delete from the options.

When linking Calls, you are able to copy the Attachments from the Parent to the Child Call.
