Defining Call Fields for IPK Rules

The Call Fields for IPK Rules window enables you select IPK fields that you want to include while defining rules. Call system and custom fields are available for selection.

1. Select menu and then Admin. From the submenu, select IPK Workflow Rules. The IPK Workflow Rules window appears.

2. From the IPK Workflow Rules group, select Call Fields for IPK Rules.

3. The Call Fields for IPK Rules window appears. This window shows a browse table that lists the display name and system field name for all the IPK fields. It also displays a column called Available with checkboxes for each field row.

4. To include a field, select the checkbox in the Available column.

5. Save your changes.
