Service Periods

You can define service periods which Analysts can select when creating Service Action and Service Bundle entities to specify the length of time the service will be available to people who purchase the service. The Period appears in the Catalog Information section of the service entities.

Service periods are used to define the duration for which a service is available to customers after purchase. This helps in clearly specifying the length of time the customers can expect the service to be active, ensuring transparency and setting precise expectations between the service provider and the customers. Including service periods in the Catalog Information for Service Action and Service Bundle entities aids in managing and organizing services efficiently, as well as facilitating smoother operations and customer satisfaction.
