Service Level Management Security Role: Forms Tab

You can control access to service level management forms using the SLM Security Role, setting the forms to which Analysts with this role can have access, and specifying particular types of access.

Before you start

You must have Security Roles setup selected in the Admin tab of your own General Access security role before you can assign or remove permissions for any security roles.

  1. Display the SLM Security Roles details window, if it is not already on screen.

  2. Select the Forms tab.

  3. Select Form Security. Analysts with this role will be able to edit all SLM forms selected for the role. If you clear the box, the role will have access to all SLM forms and the options below will be grayed out.

  4. From the Select Forms table, select the form you want to make available to this role and select Add to see it appear in the lower Selected Forms table.

  5. Set the access type for the form, by clicking in the Access column for the form and selecting Read Only which enables Analysts to view the forms or Read/Write to allow Analysts with this role to open and edit forms of the selected type.

  6. To remove a form, select it in the Selected Forms table and the select Remove.
