Problem

Most likely Cause

Service Action is not showing up on Portal

  • You are not part of the subscriber group that has access

  • Your portal role does not have access to the Portal display category.

  • The Portfolio Status is set to a status that is not available on the catalog e.g., “Unspecified”

Workflow is not showing up

  • You did not click “Save” at the bottom of the Home Screen

Workflow is created but fails to “Start”

  • Check the Preauthorized setting in System Administration and ensure requests are set to not require authorization

  • Check the Services are running on the server, restart them
